Pickling line plays a key role in cold rolling production in the field of iron and steel metallurgy. Its main function is to remove the sheet iron and dirt on the surface of strip steel coil from the hot rolling mill by means of mechanical and chemical action to obtain the strip steel with clean surface.

Process flow of pickling line: feeding → uncoiling → scale-breaking hauling → cutting head → welding → material storage sleeve → pickling tank 1→ pickling tank 2→ squeeze-drying → cleaning → deactivation → squeeze-drying → cutting → rewinding → discharging
