The corrosion resistance of automobile shock absorber is one of the main factors affecting the quality and life of automobile shock absorber. 3. Analysis of test results

(2) Under the same electroplating process conditions, the superfinishing automobile connecting rod before electroplating has reduced ammonia absorption and obtained evenly distributed and fine microcracks, reduced hydrogen overpotential, and significantly improved the corrosion resistance of the electroplating layer, which has a high practical value for improving the electroplating process of the connecting rod of the vapor dielectric shock absorber.
